Snow White

Hey, hey, hey.
How are you all?
Fine? Gooooood. Me too. Just a bit chubbier, but everything is fine. Not really. It's hard to get into my pants! Especially in this kind of weather when you have to wear layers of clothes like onion to keep you warm. Man, it's cold in here!
I know that winter is biting. I understand that snow is freezing. But it doesn't really get you till you are surrounded by it. Yesterday I went to campus, to have exam (long days without proper sleep. Not because of exam, actually, but because I am still jet lag. Even after almost two weeks. Weird, I know). The snow was thick and the air was cold. The burden of mind thinking and memorizing the materials felt heavier than the triple layered clothes I was wearing. It usually takes me about 30 minutes to walk to campus (slowly), but yesterday it was more than 45 minutes. I stopped twice for breathing. Oh, this long winding road for achieving master degree certainly is an adventure. Iam sure I will miss such weather where everything looks so snowy white and gorgeous. But at this moment, I want sunshine!!
Well, anyway, I did the exam, and hopefully I did well. Still have one more to go and I will be going back to Indonesia. To Bogor, precisely. You remember when I told you my classmates and I would go to Jogja for a field project. It was cancelled. Yeah, I know, I am sad too. But, Merapi found the perfect time to say hello. We couldn't do anything about it. And you know what, I got the information that the field project was cancelled less than 24 hours before my flight. So, between losing the ticket and seeing my family, I chose the second one. Then I came back here with my own money :(.
At least I had a wonderful one month moment with my cute niece. She's really something. I am so amazed how baby grows. She talks more now, sings more, dances more, and certainly imitates people more. She even knows how to turn the DVD player on and off, change one DVD to another DVD. And she's two years old. The favorite films so far were Ipin & Upin, Bernard Bear and Little Krishna. Just for information, I love Bernard Bear. Even before I went to Goettingen, like one year ago, I have already had the DVDs. So, my niece and I shared the same value. And we danced together in every opening title of that silly bear. One other thing that is common between us, she liked to memorize commercials, and I did too. Adorable.
Hmmmhh... miss home.
Oh, almost forget. Two days ago was my second anniversary. And again, still long distance, but I am really grateful that we are stronger and full of loooooove...hehe. Happy second anniversary, Koh Hun Bun. Ich liebe dich.
